Terms of Service

1. Who we are

2. What Brand Skyline is
Brand Skyline is a virtual 3D city, available at brandskyline.com, where businesses and individuals buy a display space (a "Lot") to show their name, slogan, colours, link and the visual elements offered by the Service.
A Lot is a digital advertising space. It is not real estate, land, a cryptocurrency, a security or an investment, and it carries no right to returns or to a refund on resale.
3. Accounts
- Buying and changing a Lot requires an account, opened with a code sent to the email you give us.
- You are responsible for your mailbox and for everything done with your account.
- You must be at least [18] years old and, when buying for a business, authorised to act for it.
4. Purchases and prices
- A Lot's price depends on its size and location and is shown before payment, together with the chosen building, colours and accessories.
- Prices are in US dollars and are [INCLUSIVE / EXCLUSIVE] of VAT and other taxes.
- Payments are processed by Stripe: the Operator never sees or stores your card details.
- What you buy for a Lot (building, accessories, colours) stays with that Lot: switching it off or replacing it gives no refund, and you can switch it back on at no cost.

5. Right of withdrawal
Consumers in the European Union normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. 6. What may be shown on a Lot
The buyer is responsible for the name, slogan, colours and link they publish and confirms they have the right to use them. Content is not allowed if it is:
- illegal, offensive, discriminatory, violent or sexually explicit;
- infringing trademarks, copyright or other rights, or impersonating someone else;
- linking to fraudulent sites, malware, unlicensed gambling or banned products;
- [OTHER EXCLUSIONS, E.G. POLITICS, WEAPONS, TOBACCO].
The Operator may, after a report or on its own initiative, ask for changes, hide content or suspend a Lot that breaks these rules. In serious cases the Lot may be withdrawn [WITH / WITHOUT] a refund.
7. Availability
The Operator works to keep the Service running but does not guarantee it will always be available or error-free. Look, city layout, 3D models and features may change over time; each Lot keeps its position, size and what was bought for it.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, the Operator is not liable for indirect damage, lost profits or expected advertising results. Total liability to a user is limited to the amount they paid in the last [12] months. Mandatory consumer rights are not affected.
9. Closing the Service
If the Service closes for good, users will be told at least [30] days in advance. [ANY PARTIAL REFUND POLICY].
10. Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated. Significant changes will be announced by email or on the site at least [15] days in advance and do not apply to purchases already made.
11. Governing law and disputes
